Like many, I did my search online.  I viewed properties, submitted offers, and entered into a sales contract, remotely.  When I wanted to see a property, Grace would make it happen usually by the next morning; super fast.  She was very prompt submitting offers and obtaining documents from sellers, etc. I would use her services again.

Grace is the most professional, down to earth, knowledgeable and caring realtor I have ever met.  From day one she listened to understand not only my needs but my wants. She helped me understand the market we were in and did everything she could to find homes that fit within those realms as well as homes that I maybe wouldn’t have thought of. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is helping you the best she can. What I really liked about Grace with the fact that she is super honest. If I asked her a question and she didn’t know it rather than telling me some story, she was upfront and told me that she did not know but she would get the information.  That is exactly what she would do. She would get back to me super fast with the information. Buying a house in this sellers market was one of the most craziest things I’ve ever experienced. Grace made it as easy as possible. Sure there were some struggles and ups and downs. How wouldn’t there be when you’re bidding on houses and they’re being sold within hours. It was frustrating, but she was right there with me to tell me that there’s another house out there and set up showings for me. She even led me to the right mortgage broker which made all the difference in the world. Before I found grace, I had worked with other realtors who just looked at me as a number. I was about to give up and then there was Grace!! If you were looking for a realtor who not only knows her stuff but is one of the most down to earth people you will ever work with then you need to go to Grace. She makes sure that she will do all she can to find you the house of your dreams. I am forever grateful to Grace because she helped me get through the most stressful times.

We used Zillow to narrow our search of Ft. Myers condos; and when we were ready for the next step, Grace lined up five showings of properties which met our needs. The showings were set within 48 hours of our initial contact. She was right on the money with the offer. Her insights and helpfulness throughout the entire process was just what we needed. If we do another transaction in the area, she will be our agent.

As my first home purchase being a single woman, I consider this to be one of my biggest accomplishments. If it wasn’t for Graces knowledge of the area, excellent rapport with people and experience, I’m not sure we could’ve pulled it off.
