Grace is the most professional, down to earth, knowledgeable and caring realtor I have ever met. From day one she listened to understand not only my needs but my wants. She helped me understand the market we were in and did everything she could to find homes that fit within those realms as well as homes that I maybe wouldn’t have thought of. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is helping you the best she can. What I really liked about Grace with the fact that she is super honest. If I asked her a question and she didn’t know it rather than telling me some story, she was upfront and told me that she did not know but she would get the information. That is exactly what she would do. She would get back to me super fast with the information. Buying a house in this sellers market was one of the most craziest things I’ve ever experienced. Grace made it as easy as possible. Sure there were some struggles and ups and downs. How wouldn’t there be when you’re bidding on houses and they’re being sold within hours. It was frustrating, but she was right there with me to tell me that there’s another house out there and set up showings for me. She even led me to the right mortgage broker which made all the difference in the world. Before I found grace, I had worked with other realtors who just looked at me as a number. I was about to give up and then there was Grace!!
